WHAT WE CHARGE: Please remember it is the seller who pays us commission and not the buyer. We act for both parties and have our own law office but you can also have your own lawyer act for you.  We do not push clients into properties and we praise ourselves with being members of the Thailand Real Estate Broker Association. [REBA] We are professional and work for you the seller. We also have our own forms and law services and can appraise your sales.

WHAT WE NOW CHARGE AS AT JANUARY 2009:

Houses, condos, land- Chiangmai	3% from the seller
Houses , condos, land ----outside ChiangMai city OVER 30KMS OUT	5% from the seller
Businesses	5% from the seller
Sole agency	5% from the seller
Hotels and Guesthouses	5% from the seller
Commercial property	5% from the seller
