We act for both parties and have our own law office but you can also have your own lawyer act for you.  We do not push clients into properties and we praise ourselves with being members of the Thailand Real Estate Broker Association. We are professional and work for you the seller and own our own hardcopy magazine. We also have our own forms and law services and can appraise your sales.

 Houses, condos, land- Chiangmai      3% from the seller
 Houses , condos, land ----outside ChiangMai city OVER 10KMS OUT     5% from the seller
 Businesses      5% from the seller
 Sole agency includes BANGKOK WEBSITE     5% from the seller
 Hotels and Guesthouses     5% from the seller
 Commercial property     5% from the seller
