If no work permit you can open a 1m baht company. This alone is anywhere from 30,000 baht to 70,000 baht + 2m baht. Buying into an existing Company business as a partner and you want to work then you need to remember you must look at paying over 2m baht to the Company selling & workpermit plus goodwill etc the person may want for his business.
