Business and assets which are offered for sale. The business trading as Resort and Restaurant consists of a high end nine (9) room hotel, a restaurant and bar (“the Resort”). In addition to the Resort adjoining vacant land is also offered for sale (“the Vacant Land”). The vacant property could either be used for Resort expansion or sold off. Business and Property Description Resort and the adjoining Vacant Land are located in Pai, Mae Hong Son province Thailand. The Resort consists of a nine guest room hotel, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, extensive gardens and car parking and is the best located hotel, restaurant and bar complex in Pai. Theaudited accounts of the Company Limited includes some assets, revenues and expanses attributable to assets and activities which are not related or have little bearing on the operation of the “Resort”. These unallocated cash flows relate to financing costs, other assets and
executive related expenses. The Resort cash flows have been allocated between three Business
Unit for analysis and forecasting purposes. The Business Units (BU’s) are Hotel, Restaurant and
