The desk is extra low to allow one to lean back in a standard chair and put their feet up. There is a high power Mac Pro desktop computer with a 30" cinema LCA display. The underside of the loft office has 4 halogen down lights that are controlled by a dimmer switch. There is also a powerpoint that offers easy access. Two steps on the outside take you up to a stainless steel bar that is used as third step to gain access to the top loft sleeping area. There is a stainless grab bar angling down on the wall that one uses to grab on to while getting into the loft. The loft is covered with soft pads on 2 sides, as well as the top area. The side where one gains entry is left open (foot of the mattress) as well as one complete side. There is a padded ledge that one can use to keep items, as well as containing 4 halogen lights. 2 pointed up that are controlled on a dimmer, and 2 reading lights pointed down, each one controlled by its own switch. A 10cm high quality kingsize natural latex mattress is enjoyed as the preferred sleeping material. This ensures the best possible sleep, while saving head room at the same time. One can sit up straight without touching the top.
