4/.OPTION If you want us to sell for you SOLEY we charge 5% commission Houses, land & condos; Businesses.  Value saving. Remember we are asking now for sole agency rights for one year once contract is signed with you or until property is sold. WE MAKE A POINT OF SELLING YOUR BUSINESS OR PROPERTY with up to 3 pages of pics and full text description.
